John Wimmer

John Wimmer

Director

My wife Jody and I moved to Coffey Park in August of 1987. Our son Trever turned 2 years that month and assumed the house was his birthday present. Trever attended Schaefer which was under construction as well as Coffey Park. We waited with great anticipation for both to be completed. We organized the neighbor watch for Jenna Place a year or so after arriving. Some of the residents were retired and reported every stranger and RV that seemed out of place. Jody retired in in 2015 from Luther Burbank Savings. I worked 30 years in construction, during which I obtained a contractors license in 1994. My retirement includes remodeling a second home in Cottonwood in Tehama County. Currently, I am Co-Chair on the Architectural Committee, member of the finance committee, and in training for the CERT program for Lake California.
